What About ...

Every day we face uncertainties.  We all have had moments in this life where we start asking tough questions, questions that only God can help us with.  What about sin, What about forgiveness, What about death, What about hell and heaven?  These are the most important questions we could ever ask and we need an answer.  The answers are in the gospel.  Think about each of these verses:

1.    Every person needs to be saved:

        "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23

         You have sinned. Every man that has ever walked this planet has sinned against God.

2.    Your sins have separated you from God.

                    "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

                    Romans 6:23

        It is your sin that separates you from God. Because of your sin, God can not allow you

        into Heaven. Your destiny is in hell, God doesn't want you to go there. He has a plan.

3.    Jesus Christ paid our debt of sins:

        "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

        Romans 5:8

        Jesus Christ, God's Son came over two thousand years ago and died for your sins. After

        three days, He arose from the grave and is now at the right hand of God. He paid the

        price and secured the way for your forgiveness.

4.    Repent of your sins and ask Christ to save you:
                    "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”   Romans 10:13

        If you will humbly ask Christ to forgive you and to save you from your sins, He will!

        He offers a free gift of forgiveness and eternal life to all who will ask. Turn to Him today!
